Senior Graphic Designer Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of innovative designs that drive results. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects and collaborate with a talented team of professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating smart, innovative, and diverse designs that exceed client expectations. They will conceptualize ideas for various client briefs, collaborate with copywriters, producers, and strategists to brainstorm and push boundaries, and work with the larger design team to visually develop great campaign work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize creative solutions for diverse client briefs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative ideas
  • Work with the design team to create visually appealing campaigns
  • Present ideas and work to stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Manage the successful completion of integrated creative projects (print & digital)
  • Establish and communicate project schedules to ensure timely delivery
  • Adapt and refine layouts to align with project specifications and brand guidelines
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Design at an advertising or marketing agency
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Acrobat Pro, Figma
  • A well-curated work portfolio
  • Experience presenting work to clients at meetings and receiving feedback
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing high-volume requests
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
