We are seeking a creative professional to lead our design efforts, driving innovation and growth across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive brand design strategies, campaign creatives, and social media visuals to engage audiences and drive business results.
  • Design innovative print and digital designs, motion graphics, and layouts that push the boundaries of visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with content, video, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and consistency across channels.
  • Utilize AI and modern workflows to stay ahead of the curve and deliver exceptional design experiences.
  • Mentor junior designers, setting creative benchmarks and fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative and versatile work that demonstrates your skills and passion.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of typography, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
  • Bonus points for experience in motion graphics, UI/UX, or AI-based design.
  • The ability to work independently is essential.
