Senior Visual Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and innovative Senior Visual Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking conceptual design ideas and creating visually stunning representations of them, both electronically and in print. They will work on designs across various sectors of advertising, including traditional and non-traditional media, and have a deep understanding of visual design and its impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop design tones for various brands, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand strategies.
  • Create innovative and engaging designs that capture the audience's attention and convey the message effectively.
  • Work on designs across various media platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Stay up-to-date with commercial design/graphics trends and implement them in daily work, driving creativity and innovation within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, art directors, and account managers, to develop cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation, with a strong understanding of visual design principles and practices.
  • Experience with design and photo-editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision in all aspects of the job.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
