We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Art Director/Graphic Designer to lead our design vision and develop innovative content that helps brands engage with their target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with brand teams to interpret creative briefs, understand brand objectives, and design requirements from concept to execution.
  • Apply design thinking to solve brand challenges and lead the design vision across digital, social, and design mediums.
  • Prepare concept mood boards for brand reviews, photoshoots, campaign ideas, and scripts.
  • Design cross-channel creative expressions, including digital, print, motion, and design.
  • Create brand identity design, digital communication design, website design, packaging design, and campaign communication design.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After effects & Premiere Pro.
  • Breadth of style and design capability to deliver designs for brands.
  • Love for pop-culture and everything advertising/marketing.

Experience:

Up to 2 years' of digital design & advertising experience.
