Visual Designer

We collaborate with diverse stakeholders in the scientific landscape to visualize and disseminate their work. Our content writing and design services convert complex scientific ideas into engaging visuals tailored to various audiences.

As a skilled designer, you will create visually rich, well-structured brochures, moodboards, and marketing materials that marry scientific expertise with design knowledge. You will serve our customer base comprising scientists, universities, hospitals, and organizations.

Responsibilities
  1. Create and lead the design of brochures and high-impact visual documents based on client briefs.
  2. Develop moodboards and visual references to propose design direction.
  3. Provide creative inputs and collaborate on brochures, infographics, cover designs, and other visual formats as needed.
  4. Review collateral created by freelance designers to ensure high-quality deliverables are sent to the client.
  5. Ensure timely delivery of collateral and that the client brief is met.
  6. Coordinate and collaborate with freelance designers to ensure smooth workflow and process.
  7. Collaborate with the scientific content team to deliver high-quality graphics needed for high-quality brochures, scientific infographics, and journal cover designs etc.
  8. Collaborate with content experts to brainstorm new ideas to represent scientific concepts.
Qualifications And Prerequisites
  1. 2-4 years of experience in graphic designing (focus on brochure design, editorial, or science clients preferred), illustrations, cover designs, etc.
  2. Advanced skills in Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator InDesign, and Photoshop).
  3. Prior experience in creating designs in PowerPoint and/or experience with 3D graphics is an added advantage.

The selection process involves an initial screening by a recruiter, 1 assignment, and 1 interview round.
