As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of high-quality software products. You will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of effective quality management processes to drive continuous performance improvement.

  • Determine and implement effective quality management processes to drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Define and track software quality metrics, manage deviations, ensure compliance, conduct audits, and oversee QA KPIs.
  • Maintain complaint/non-conformance processing, monitor risk, analyze problem logs, and apply best practices in development, testing, version control, and defect management.
  • Lead strategic quality planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives across projects/programs.
  • Drive root cause analysis and facilitate effective corrective and preventative actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on Agile/Kanban/Scrum methodologies.
  • Expertise in IT service management operations and sound understanding of SDLC processes.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills along with effective communication.
  • Trained and certifications in ITIL/CMMI models/Six Sigma/Lean Process are an added advantage.
