Interior Design Career Opportunity

Casaroro is a luxury brand that co-creates with designers to deliver premium quality products. Headquartered in Bangalore, we are expanding our retail presence across India.

As an Interior Designer, you should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with clients. You should be confident communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust your approach based on feedback.


• To own the sales funnel & drive sales closure


• To own customer experience during a project


• To lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables


• To own an end-to-end project lifecycle

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent creative thinking skills and ability to create designs based on client conversations
  • Confidence in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust their approach based on feedback
  • Maintenance of familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends to provide the best ideas for clients

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Owning the sales funnel and driving sales closure
  • Owning customer experience during a project
  • Leading and owning quality and accuracy of design deliverables
  • Owning an end-to-end project lifecycle

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Graduation or relevant diploma
  • 15 years' of academic education
  • Minimum 3 yrs experience as an Interior Designer
  • Led and delivered minimum 5 to 6 Residential projects
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD
  • Holds expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning), Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
  • Holds project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies
  • Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers
  • Holds behavioral attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication
  • Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members
