Dream School Foundation is a Bangalore-based non-profit organisation dedicated to ensuring the right to quality education and working towards breaking the cycle of socio-economic vulnerability through the power of education. We aim to empower young minds, inspire dreams, and create pathways to a brighter future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative programs for youth development with clear objectives.
  • Manage and monitor individual student profiling and need assessment with documentation.
  • Harness technology to enhance educational experiences.
  • Provide mentorship and career guidance to empower students.
  • Coordination with Donors, Volunteers, staff, and other stakeholders
    to ensure optimum benefits to students
  • Regular reviews to ensure quality implementation on the ground - from design to execution and reporting phases
  • Enable placements for graduating students

Qualifications:

  • Preferably Masters or Bachelors in Engineering or science stream
  • Experience in managing youth/education programmes
  • Passion for youth development and education transformation.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and mentoring skills
