We aim to empower young minds, inspire dreams, and create pathways to a brighter future.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative programs for youth development with clear objectives.

Manage and monitor individual student profiling and need assessment with documentation.

Harness technology to enhance educational experiences.

Provide mentorship and career guidance to empower students.

Coordination with Donors, Volunteers, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure optimum benefits to students Regular reviews to ensure quality implementation on the ground - from design to execution and reporting phases Enable placements for graduating students Qualifications: Preferably Masters or Bachelors in Engineering or science stream Experience in managing youth/education programmes Passion for youth development and education transformation.
