This is a full-time position for a Customer Support Executive requiring in-office work.

The role involves managing customer queries, providing support via chat and email, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Expertise in customer support, customer service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Skilled in delivering online assistance through chat and email communication.
  • Excellent communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a similar customer-facing role is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate).
