Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Salesforce programs.

  • This role will be onsite and based in the Bangalore office, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with experience in managing large-scale Salesforce implementations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead capacity planning, execution, and delivery of strategic Salesforce Programs, adapting flexibly to evolving project goals and ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
  2. Proactively predict and allocate resources to meet complex program objectives, while preventing cost or time overruns.
  3. Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders across structured SDLC stages, providing regular updates on strategy, progress, and adjustments.
  4. Establish and apply strong project governance practices to manage risks, interdependencies, and ensure all program objectives are met.
  5. Act as the central point of contact for internal teams and extended stakeholders, clearly communicating tasks and expectations, while facilitating regular meetings, reviews, and status updates.
  6. Continuously assess program performance against defined metrics and KPIs per lifecycle stage, seeking areas for improvement and ensuring necessary documentation, reviews, and sign-offs are completed.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 9-13 years of senior experience in project and program management, including at least 6 years of relevant experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and strategic initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with proven ability to apply them within a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework.
  • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools to streamline project processes, enhance team productivity, and support the Program Intake Model.
  • Extensive experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, architects, developers, business analysts, QA, and external vendors.
  • Strong leadership skills, fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment, managing expectations of stakeholders, exhibiting strong ownership, and a bias towards action.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, strategic Salesforce programs that meet or exceed objectives, contributing to the overall enhancement of platform trust and velocity.
  • Possessing PMP and Salesforce certifications is considered a valuable asset.
