Product Information Manager Job

We are looking for a Product Information Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Digital Customer Experience (DCE) team, you will play a critical role in delivering enriched product information to multiple data-consuming platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise PIM Solutions and be proficient in Java script Business rules and use of STEP Web service. Excellent communication skills and a highly organized approach are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining integrations, both upstream and downstream.
  • Participating in projects developing new user interactions and workflows in STEP.
  • Maintaining and extending the product data model.
  • Managing users and user rights in the STEP solution.
  • Handling change requests and bug fixing in the STEP Solution.
  • Providing training for super users.
  • Ongoing alignment with stakeholders across business and IT.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise PIM Solutions in STEP from Stibo Systems.
  • Experience with Java script Business rules and use of STEP Web service.
  • Excellent communication skills when communicating with and to stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of agile principles and scrum framework.
  • Good understanding of Azure DevOps.
  • Competent team player, collaborating both in virtual and international contexts.
  • Service-oriented attitude and good sense of urgency.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize several important tasks.
