Job Title: Strategic Advisor

**Overview:** We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Strategic Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expertise in Investment Banking and Asset Reconstruction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with our leadership to drive strategic business initiatives and ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize your knowledge of Investment Banking and capital markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
  • Participate in regular meetings with our leadership to review developments and progress.
  • Provide regular reports on ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Advise on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

  • 5–10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
  • Proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • Strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prior experience working with promoters, boards, or senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
