We are seeking a skilled SAP Payment Management specialist to provide technical support for the SAP APM module in S/4 HANA environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and maintaining payment formats, media, and methods, as well as troubleshooting and resolving payment processing incidents and service requests.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and Maintain Payment Formats: Ensure accurate and efficient payment processing by setting up and managing payment formats, media, and methods.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Payment Incidents: Analyze and resolve payment processing issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Support Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the APM module with bank communication channels and other systems.
  • Implement System Enhancements: Develop and implement process improvements and system enhancements to optimize payment management workflows.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards for payment processing across multiple regions.
