Senior Project Manager

About This Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for software development initiatives and technical deliverables.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Coordinate activities across development, QA, DevOps, and design teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for complex technical projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain project documentation, requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices for development workflows.
  • Manage resource allocation and workload distribution across development teams.
  • Coordinate release activities and deployment schedules with engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in software development environments.
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools and development platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing full software development lifecycle projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and modern engineering practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to work with technical teams.
  • Experience with cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder management.
