Job Title: Scrum Master and Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead agile teams and drive successful project execution. As a Scrum Master and Project Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, guiding teams in Agile adoption, and developing project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure team alignment and progress.
  • Guide teams in Agile adoption and ensure adherence to Scrum principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, remove impediments, and collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, sprint velocity, and team performance to inform decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills to bridge business and technical teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, navigating complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and change management to drive successful project outcomes.
