Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supporting on delivery of strategic initiatives linked to the Global Strategy.
  • Developing plans and structures around key areas of focus and ambiguity to define and deliver end outcomes.
  • Working with stakeholders and Senior Leaders to influence outcomes, drive action, and communicate plans.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations, addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensuring that stakeholder requirements are accurately captured and reflected in project deliverables.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, development, marketing, and content, to ensure project alignment, understand business requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and met.
  • Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and consistently maintain a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities as company needs evolve.
  • Strong ability to prioritize complex tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with an international network and key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, with the ability to work independently.
  • Analytical thinker with a focus on accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Tech savvy and experienced user of Microsoft Azure Cloud & Office Tools (SharePoint, SQL, Azure Data Engineering Services, Power platform & Power BI).

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
