Corporate Wellness Yoga Instructor

Our team is seeking a dedicated yoga instructor to lead and develop our corporate wellness program. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for driving employee well-being through innovative yoga practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and tailored yoga sessions for corporate employees, catering to various skill levels.
  • Design and implement comprehensive yoga programs aligned with organisational wellness goals, promoting holistic employee development.
  • Maintain session schedules, attendance records, and participant engagement, ensuring consistent delivery and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader wellness team to integrate yoga into existing holistic offerings, enhancing overall employee experience.
  • Take ownership of the yoga vertical, generating creative ideas for implementation and driving continuous improvement.
  • Monitor participation, track outcomes, and report insights to inform programming adjustments and optimise results.
  • Support wellness events, challenges, and workshops beyond regular classes, contributing to a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Certified Yoga Instructor (200-hour or above) with recognised certification such as YCB, RYT-200, or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years of teaching experience in corporate or group class environments, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism.
  • Strong execution mindset with ability to translate concepts into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage diverse groups with confidence and sensitivity.
  • Passion for driving wellness at scale, making yoga accessible to people of all backgrounds.

Work Hours:

  • Sessions across morning and evening slots aligned with the corporate timetable, requiring flexibility and time management skills.
  • Approximately 3–4 sessions per day, plus occasional workshops or wellness events, demanding adaptability and energy.
