Job Title: Performance Coach

Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Coach to lead our corporate wellness programs. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strength and conditioning training sessions for employees.

As a Performance Coach, you will work closely with our Head Coach to develop and implement training plans that meet the needs of our clients. You will also conduct daily member consultations and provide feedback on their progress.

  • Collaborate with members to build consistency, confidence, and functional performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a recognized Strength and Conditioning certification (e.g., NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ISSA, ACE).
  • Minimum 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training.
  • Strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury-prevention techniques, and mobility training.
  • Ability to coach in a holistic, form-first approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
