Audit Manager Opportunity

At the heart of this role is ensuring financial integrity and transparency for Non-Profit Organizations (NFP), Single Audit, Government, and/or HUD sectors. As an Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal part in guaranteeing the accuracy and reliability of financial statements.

  • Conduct comprehensive financial statement audits in line with US GAAP and US GAAS standards to ensure precision and adherence to regulations.
  • Lead a team of accounting and auditing experts to facilitate seamless project execution and foster collaboration among team members.
  • Independently conduct research on complex accounting and auditing matters to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Nurture strong working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and U.S. counterparts to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Analyze presentation and disclosure impact to optimize financial reporting and enhance stakeholder trust.

To excel in this role, consider the following essential requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in US GAAP and GAAS to demonstrate expertise and depth of knowledge.
  • Qualifications as a Chartered Accountant or other professionals in the accounting and tax fields to ensure technical competence.
  • Prior experience with Caseware and Caseview is highly desirable to leverage software proficiency.
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members towards shared goals.
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills to drive projects forward and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Industry exposure in NFP, Single Audit, Government, and/or HUD sectors to bring valuable insights and expertise.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under urgent project timelines.
  • Willingness to learn new software and technologies to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
  • Quick learning capabilities, enthusiasm, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset to thrive in a collaborative environment.
