Job Description:

Our mission is to enhance developers' productivity by providing them with tools to manage the entire software lifecycle and enable self-sufficiency.

We adhere to a DevOps philosophy where every engineering team is accountable for the software they build and deploy. Site Reliability Engineers play a pivotal role in ensuring teams have the tools, practices, and expertise to achieve this in a blame-free culture.

To accomplish this, we are building our own internal Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) utilizing the latest technologies like Kubernetes, Prometheus, Kotlin, and others. This platform is an essential part of our engineering effort, facilitating better, faster, and more reliable solutions for our customers.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, harden, and maintain key parts of our internal platform, from continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) to developer tools aimed at increasing research and development productivity.

The successful SRE will help migrate to industry-leading CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, automate safe deployment practices using tools like ArgoCD, Argo Rollouts, Helm Charts, and develop effective tooling, alerts, and responses to identify and address reliability risks.

This role also involves partnering with product engineering teams to debug production outages, implementing action items to improve system reliability, and driving protocols on production readiness and operational excellence.

A strong understanding of large-scale complex systems from a reliability perspective is essential, along with experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD processes and tools, as well as passion for producing clean, standards-compliant, secure code.
