Strategic Partnership Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to collaborate with our team as a Strategic Partnership Associate. This role will involve identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong alliances with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to craft effective pitches and proposals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic pitches and proposals
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Manage the entire business development process from lead generation to closure
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen long-term client relationships and drive growth and retention

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Alliances, or Partnerships (preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital industries)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • Proactive, self-driven, and target-focused individual with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail and precision
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and taking ownership of results
