Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to lead our efforts in data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leveraging data and technology to drive business outcomes, with a strong focus on HubSpot CRM and ZoomInfo.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our sales processes, ensuring seamless integration between HubSpot and ZoomInfo, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

 

Lead Management & Enrichment:

  • Data Sourcing & Validation:
    • Sources and qualifies leads using ZoomInfo.
    • Ensures accurate and up-to-date lead/contact data in HubSpot CRM.
  • Pipeline Optimization:
    • Manages and optimizes HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and automation.
    • Ensures sales automation tools are working seamlessly to support the team.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    • Creates dashboards, reports, and insights to track performance and KPIs.

HubSpot CRM Administration:

  • Integration & Troubleshooting:
    • Oversees the integration of ZoomInfo with HubSpot.
    • Ensures smooth syncing of data across both platforms.
    • Troubleshoots and resolves integration issues quickly.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Sales Enablement:
    • Provides actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
    • Develops and maintains sales enablement tools and resources.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales operations and business intelligence.
  • Expertise in HubSpot CRM and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
