Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Marketing Cloud Intelligence/Datorama specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dashboard reporting and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will work with our team to design and develop effective data strategies using the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform.
  • You will have proven experience in managing complex data streams, building marketing and advertising dashboards, and creating actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • You will have a solid understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) used within the marketing and advertising industry.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience working with MCI/Datorama, including designing and implementing data strategies.
  • A strong understanding of data governance, quality assurance, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience building marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (previously Datorama).
  • Experience with data mapping, normalization, and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of pivot tables, calculated fields, and advanced visualizations.
  • Experience with SQL is an advantage.
  • Understanding of attribution models, return on ad spend (ROAS), and other key marketing metrics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.
