Job Title: Ecommerce Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and issues through email, chat, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support via email and chat channels.
- Address customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints promptly.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products/services to answer customer questions and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments within the company.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
Qualifications: HSC (Bachelor's degree preferred). Proven customer service experience or related role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required. Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
