Job Overview

This role is a pivotal part of the Customer Engagement Team, focused on mitigating payment risk and enhancing customer experience.

You will collaborate closely with data analysts, machine learning scientists, and other teams to identify root causes of issues and develop solutions. Analytical and program management skills are crucial in driving improvements and standardizing methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project or program management, knowledge of lean principles, and proficiency in MS Access and SQL.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the expansion of contact automation initiatives, conducting deep dives to identify root causes, and creating project documentation such as project plans and functional requirements.
