Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Customer Payments Expert. This role involves designing and implementing customer-facing payment portals that integrate seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA Cloud modules.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and deploying SAP customer payments solutions, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for troubleshooting and resolving portal-related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement customer payments portals based on detailed business requirements.
  • Set up and manage payment methods, user roles, and security permissions within the payment portal.
  • Craft seamless integration of the customer payments portal with other SAP S/4HANA Cloud modules (especially Finance and Accounts Receivable) and external payment gateways.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to align portal functionalities with business needs.
  • Customize and optimize SAP portals to enhance the customer payment experience.
  • Analyze business processes related to customer payments, invoicing, and accounts receivable to identify improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the customer payments portal and integrations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders as required.
