Job Title: Practice Lead Data

As a Practice Lead Data & Analytics, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple client engagements and drive strategic direction to ensure positive project outcomes.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Prioritizing accounts and customer value by ranking them based on their strategic importance, urgency, etc.
  • Efficiently allocating resources across the portfolio to meet client needs.
  • Developing and using effective KPIs to measure project success and impact within the portfolio.
  • Monitoring resource usage to avoid overallocation or underutilization and ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Regularly reviewing ongoing project status to ensure timely completion, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Providing detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting progress, risks, and necessary adjustments.
  • Identifying potential risks impacting the portfolio and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Communicating effectively with all stakeholders and managing expectations to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Maintaining service level and contractual obligations while adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating with delivery managers to identify process improvements, drive cost reduction, and enhance efficiency.
