Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on technical leader to oversee the operation, maintenance, and technical management of private properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, in-depth technical knowledge, and demonstrated experience in managing high-end residential and personal properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily operations, upkeep, and maintenance of all personal and hospitality properties.
  • Serving as the single point of contact for all estate-related issues.

Technical Oversight & Maintenance:

  • Timely maintenance and smooth functioning of all technical utilities and infrastructure including diesel generators, electrical systems, lifts, water pumps, firefighting systems, HVAC systems, and surveillance systems.
  • Regular inspections and audits of all equipment and systems.

Staff Supervision & Coordination:

  • Leading and managing a team of house managers stationed at different properties.
  • Setting performance standards and monitoring execution of duties.
  • Providing training and technical guidance to on-site teams as required.
  • Ensuring documentation of service logs, technical reports, and property records.

Vendor & Contractor Management:

  • Liaising with service vendors, technical contractors, and AMC providers.
  • Evaluating performance and ensuring timely service delivery within agreed SLAs.
  • Negotiating service agreements and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Project Management:

  • Managing renovation and additions projects for civil, electrical, and other areas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering with minimum 15 years of relevant experience in private estate/property/facilities management.
  • Proven expertise in technical maintenance and managing high-end residential properties.
  • High technical proficiency and leading teams and managing multiple sites simultaneously.
