As a seasoned project leader, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time with exceptional quality.

The primary point of contact for customers, you will ensure their satisfaction throughout the project timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze architectural drawings to identify potential issues and risks.
  • Review work orders, bills of quantities, and other documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Create detailed project execution schedules that highlight task dependencies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and timely progress.
  • Provide technical guidance and instructions to site supervisors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Keep customers updated regarding project status in a timely manner.
  • Serve as liaison between designers and customers during the project's execution stage.
  • Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
  • Maintain quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop processes, pricing strategies, and new initiatives.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH VENDORS AND RESOLVE CONCERNS EFFICIENTLY.

Requirements:

  • A management degree or construction management background from a reputable institution.
  • No less than 6 years of experience in project management, engineering, or architecture.
  • In-depth understanding of home renovation site execution and ability to assess design feasibility.
  • A process-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and take ownership of projects.
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and strong data analysis skills is advantageous.
