Job Role:

Audit Manager

About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our audit team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and supervising large-scale audit engagements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of external audit engagements for various clients, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of Managers, Assistant Managers, Executives, and Audit Assistants to achieve exceptional results.
  • Prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity with ease.
  • Identify business development opportunities and grow the client base by expanding current portfolio.
  • Understand and adhere to Firm's Quality and Risk Management procedures.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance.
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, adapting to changing work environments.
  • Meet challenging client requirements, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Will travel as required for audits and client meetings.
