About the Finance Manager Role

This is a key leadership position that requires strong financial skills and experience.

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, managing tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, management dashboards, and MIS reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Financial Modelling: Build financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • DPR & Project Reports: Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections to help guide project decisions.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Manage Direct Tax, GST, and TDS compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Corporate Finance Support: Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions to support business growth.
  • Advisory & Strategy: Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning to drive business success.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA- Inter, Mcom, Bcom: Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory: Proven track record of managing financial reports, tax compliance, and project financing.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis: Hands-on experience with financial tools and techniques.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools: Ability to work with various software applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
