Job Title

We are seeking a skilled OT System Specialist to manage and support Control systems focusing on Allen Bradley PLCs and AVEVA SCADA platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in system troubleshooting, maintenance, programming, diagnostics, and coordination with OEMs and IT teams to ensure high availability and performance of the system.

  • About the Role:
  • Achieve system integration by designing, configuring, and integrating PLC systems with other automation components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC programs, logic, hardware, and communication between systems.
  • Perform system testing and debugging ensuring that PLC-controlled SCADA systems meet specifications and requirements.
  • Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of projects.
  • Ongoing support is required for troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC SCADA systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement PLC programs for automation systems using industry-standard PLC platforms.
  • Design, configure, and integrate PLC systems with other automation components such as sensors, drives, HMI, SCADA, and IO modules.
  • Troubleshooting Debugging: Identify and resolve issues related to PLC, SCADA programs, logic, hardware, and communication between systems.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting PLC systems in an industrial environment.
  • Perform system integration testing and validation of migrated SCADA systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCADA system migration.
  • Design, configure, and develop HMI SCADA applications.
  • Perform FAT On-site commissioning, PLC SCADA Project Testing Commissioning: Perform system testing and debugging ensuring that PLC-controlled SCADA systems are operating according to specifications and requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of projects. Offer ongoing support to clients for troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC SCADA systems.
