Role Summary

The Sr. Visa Advisor is responsible for guiding and supporting students who wish to pursue higher studies in the UK.

This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklists. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of education loans, fee payments, and scholarship options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Guidance: Provide first-level counseling for UK study inquiries, explain visa requirements, application timelines, and documentation checklist, guide students about education loans, fee payment, and scholarship options.
  • Application Support: Collect and verify documents from students, submit files for document assessment via B2B partners, follow up with partners for offer letters and escalate delays, support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and forex guidance, assist in CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) document preparation.
  • Visa Preparation: Prepare students for CAS interviews (mock Q&A practice), fill and verify UK visa forms, assist in arranging financials, education loans, and supporting documents, submit final visa application through B2B partner system.
  • Post-Visa Assistance: Support students in pre-departure activities (accommodation, ticketing guidance, orientation), maintain regular communication till student departs.

Performance Metrics:

  • Inquiry to registration conversion ≥ 25% (qualified leads).
  • Offer letter turnaround time ≤ 10 working days.
  • CAS mock pass rate ≥ 90%.
  • Visa file error rate = 0 critical errors/month.
  • CRM hygiene = 100% entries complete & updated.
  • Weekly reports submitted on time = 100%.
