We are seeking a dynamic and experienced luxury retail professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of the store with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals (HNI) clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands.
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
