We are seeking an accomplished Culinary Leader to spearhead our pastry team and craft exceptional desserts for our guests.

Candidate Profile Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, while a 2-year degree from a reputable culinary institution in Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field, can be beneficial.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in the culinary industry, food service, or a related professional area.
Key Responsibilities and ExpectationsLeading Pastry Operations

The successful candidate will oversee and manage pastry kitchen staff, ensuring impeccable quality and service standards across all pastry areas.

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other personnel involved in pastry preparation.
  • Utilize effective interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and motivate others.
  • Act as a role model, demonstrating honesty, integrity, and leadership by example.
Maintaining High-Quality Standards

The selected individual will be responsible for:

  • Developing innovative ideas and new items for the pastry kitchen.
  • Ensuring proper handling and storage of all food products at optimal temperatures.
  • Upkeeping food preparation, handling, and correct storage standards.
  • Recognizing superior quality products, presentations, and flavors.
Providing Exceptional Customer Service

The chosen candidate will:

  • Monitor and provide outstanding service behaviors that consistently exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage day-to-day operations effectively, upholding quality standards and meeting guest expectations on a daily basis.
  • Support service excellence by communicating with employees, understanding guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when required.
