We're seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Architect to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for administering IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), creating objects, policies, and junctions, as well as adding identity attributes. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting project engagements that enable web security infrastructure into application designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer ISAM infrastructure, including object creation, policy development, and junction setup.
  • Support project engagements to integrate web security infrastructure into applications.
  • Collaborate with application teams to resolve issues and implement fixes.
  • Install, upgrade, and configure ISAM infrastructure to ensure seamless operation.
  • Configure SAML, OIDC, and OAuth protocols for secure authentication and authorization.
  • Troubleshoot access issues in web applications and triage federation challenges.
  • Work closely with vendors to identify product enhancements and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical IAM services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Proven expertise in ISAM product management.
  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale enterprise-wide ISAM deployments across multiple environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Identity as a Service and Federation technologies.
  • Working experience implementing modern authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML).
  • Familiarity with Single Sign On, various authentication mechanisms, and authorization schemas.
  • Working knowledge of WireShark, Fiddler, JavaScript, JAVA, JSON, PERL/CURL, XML, SOAP, WS-Security.
  • Experience working with LDAP or IBM Directory Server, WebSphere Application Server, IIS, IBM Server.
  • Strong understanding of Unix/Linux Environments, AIX, Solaris, RedHat.
  • Knowledge of systems management tools and practices for application monitoring.

Preferred Experience:

We're interested in candidates with experience in technologies such as ISAM, OAuth, Federation, SAML 2.0, OIDC, XML, JavaScript, HTML, TAM, LDAP, Git, x50. Secondary technologies include Python3, NodeJS, JSON, Ansible, AWS, REST, Okta, Linux shell, Postman, CyberArk, and basic networking knowledge to include ISAM interfaces, Splunk.
