Identity & Access Management Architect

SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect to join our team and lead the implementation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of identity governance, access management, and security best practices. They will be responsible for architecting and overseeing the integration of SaaS and on-prem applications to SailPoint ensuring alignment with our organizational security goals and regulatory requirements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Architect and Implement IAM Solutions: Lead the design and deployment of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with business processes. Identity Governance and Administration: Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to govern user access and manage identity lifecycle processes. Access Management: Implement robust access control mechanisms, including role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and segregation of duties, to ensure appropriate access levels are maintained. Security and Compliance: Ensure the IAM solution complies with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA). Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and align IAM initiatives with organizational goals. Integration: Oversee the integration of IAM solutions with other enterprise applications, including HR systems, ERP, and cloud platforms. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level support for IAM-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and optimizing performance as needed. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM processes, configurations, and workflows. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with IAM technologies and trends, making recommendations for continuous improvement of identity security practices.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM architecture, with specific expertise in implementing and managing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or similar IAM solutions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in IAM technologies, including identity governance, access management, SSO, MFA, directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), and APIs (SCIM, REST Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of security protocols, encryption, authentication, and compliance frameworks. Time/Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and integrations, particularly within AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments. Automation: Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to streamline IAM processes. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field-
