Senior Front-End Designer & Team Lead
We are seeking a visionary and skilled front-end designer to own the digital experience of our web properties. This is an opportunity to lead, mentor and grow a team of talented designers and developers, while driving innovation and excellence in user experience.

About the Role:
This full-time position is a remote opportunity for a Senior Front-End Designer with leadership experience to join our mission-driven team. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, clean front-end codebases and owning the UI/UX experience across our web properties. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with product and backend teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and grow a front-end design/development team
- Own the UI/UX experience across web properties
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and backend teams
- Architect scalable, clean front-end codebases
- Troubleshoot and develop as needed
- Manage timelines, priorities and quality for your team's deliverables

Requirements:
- 5+ years of front-end development experience
- 2+ years in a leadership or team management capacity
- Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project execution
- Ability to balance high-level leadership with hands-on development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
