Senior Front-end Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Front-end Lead to lead our front-end development team in delivering high-quality web applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Angular, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to guide projects from concept to deployment ensuring code quality and performance.

About the Role:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers fostering growth and skill development.
  • Architect and implement scalable front-end solutions using Angular.
  • Collaborate closely with backend teams designers and project managers for seamless integration.
  • Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to best practices in UI development.
  • Manage timelines project estimates and resource allocation.
  • Optimize applications for speed performance and responsiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest Angular features tools and front-end trends.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Angular minimum 5+ years.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
  • Familiarity with RxJS state management and Angular CLI.
  • Proficiency in Git version control and collaborative development workflows.

Bonus Points:

  • Knowledge of backend technologies like Node.js Laravel or other PHP frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines Docker and cloud services.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
