Front End Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Front End Lead to oversee the development of our digital platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of modern front-end technologies and frameworks, as well as strong leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Front End Development Strategy: Define and implement the front-end development strategy for our global digital platform, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and technical architecture.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of front-end developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Front End Feature Development: Oversee the development and implementation of front-end features, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability across different browsers and devices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Coding Standards and Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize front-end code for performance, ensuring fast load times, smooth interactions, and a responsive design that adapts to various screen sizes.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies and frameworks, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and libraries/frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Other Skills: Experience working closely with UX/UI designers to create user-centric interfaces, with a strong understanding of design principles and responsive design. Experience with front-end build tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
