As a Manager, you will work closely with clients to provide high-quality accounting advisory services, maintaining client relationships with senior stakeholders, working with Partner & Directors, and mentoring team members. Your responsibilities will include participating in business development activities, contributing to proposal development, managing client relationships, and acting as a point of contact for clients. You will also be responsible for project management, technical accounting advice, and conducting research on accounting topics. Additionally, you will assist clients with the implementation of new accounting standards, financial reporting, and preparing financial statements. You will review and analyze client financial information, provide recommendations for improvement, and supervise and mentor team members. You will also stay up to date on developments in accounting standards and regulations, manage multiple engagements and deadlines, and apply independent and objective professional judgment in applying accounting standards to meet engagement expectations. We are looking for accounting professionals who are passionate about providing accounting and reporting consulting to clients, with strong domain, project management, business development, and people skills. You will work for top global clients across a wide variety of markets and industry sectors. We require a basic understanding of Ind As/ IFRS, specifically IFRS 15, 16, 9, 3, 10, and the ability to prepare consolidated financial statements. You should be aware of recent updates and amendments in IFRS/Ind AS, Schedule 3. If you are a qualified CA, CPA/ACCA with experience in technical accounting/financial reporting and 5-9 years of relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.
