Position Summary:

We seek a dynamic Program Coordinator – Skill Development to support our existing and upcoming skill development programs in Odisha. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing skill projects and a sound understanding of the local context.

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of skill training programs across multiple centers.
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines under various schemes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including government departments and training partners.
  • Support mobilization, training operations, assessments, certifications, and placements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage center performance through regular visits and reporting.
  • Assist in documentation, audits, and submission of reports to funding agencies.
  • Facilitate training and capacity building of field staff and trainers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the skill development sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Odisha's regional and administrative landscape.
