Job Description

The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of a retail store, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and scheduling.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) for this role include meeting or exceeding sales targets, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring staff are trained and motivated to provide exceptional service.

Inventory management is also a key responsibility, with the Store Manager tasked with maintaining and updating stock levels to ensure product availability.
