Job Description:You will be part of the growth engine that drives user and revenue growth. You will experiment with paid, organic, product, partnerships, and beyond.
- Run experiments to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Manage campaigns across paid ads, social media, email, SEO, content, and referrals.
- Analyse data to figure out what's working and what's not, then optimize.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to improve funnels and conversions.
- Stay updated on the latest growth hacks, tools, and channels.
- 0-5 years of experience (internships/projects count—mindset matters more than CV).
- You're curious, hands-on, and love learning by doing.
- Comfortable with numbers and testing hypotheses (basic Excel/Sheets, GA, or similar).
- Not afraid to get scrappy—whether it's writing copy, designing a landing page, or cold messaging a potential partner.
- A doer: you'd rather run an experiment today than plan one for a month.
- Bonus points if you've dabbled in things like Meta ads, Google Ads, SEO, content creation, or no-code tools (Zapier, Airtable, Webflow).
