Job Title: Customer Accounts Specialist

Job Description:

This 6-month contract position involves managing customer interactions, encouraging subscription purchases, and resolving outstanding overages for a global technology leader. As a proactive customer retention and accounts specialist, you will be responsible for contacting customers whose trials have expired, facilitating purchases, processing orders, and addressing account issues.

The role requires tracking follow-ups, monitoring outcomes, and generating reports on key metrics like conversions and account actions. You will also be involved in coordinating account suspensions for non-response as needed, ensuring proper documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to resolve outstanding overages or encourage subscription purchases post-trial expiration.
  • Process orders promptly after the customer reaches out and sends purchase confirmation.

  • Maintain detailed records of follow-ups and interactions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel software, basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, analytical skills to track performance metrics and improve processes, organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines, problem-solving ability, experience in customer service, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems.
