Intercompany Team Lead Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Team Lead to oversee our intercompany accounting processes and manage a team of 3-4 members.

  • This role requires handling end-to-end IC processes, overseeing daily operations, and resolving queries/problems.
  • The successful candidate will need to understand the IC accounting process at our organization, learning IC balances elimination logics set in Oracle FCCS.
  • Review month-end activities performed by the IC team, including handling billing for IC transactions of US entities.
  • Review global IC BS and P&L variances, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve global IC variances.
  • Post top-side entries in Oracle FCCS for high-value variances that remain open at month-end.
  • Review BS reconciliation of IC GLs in detail, ensuring all necessary backups are available and well documented, providing feedback to team members with required action plans.
  • Timely follow-up with global Controllers on pending data/open queries.
  • Handle queries from Audit and Tax teams as needed.
  • Provide solutions to multiple stakeholders on ad-hoc and regular queries.
  • Establish effective communication between the team and stakeholders.
