Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally.
  • Handle GST filing, return preparation, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Process and manage TDS calculations, deductions, and returns.
  • Reconcile financial statements and prepare reports.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Analyze financial data using Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data modeling.
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and adherence to internal controls.
  • Assist with audits, financial forecasting, and budgeting as required.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Accounting Operations Manager or in a similar accounting role.
  • Strong proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting management.
  • Indepth knowledge of GST and TDS regulations and filing procedures.
  • Expertise in Advanced Excel for financial reporting and analysis (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certification in Tally or relevant accounting software is preferred. 2 years of experience in accounting with specific knowledge of GST, TDS, and advanced Excel techniques.
