Job Overview
Zeon Lifesciences Ltd is seeking a results-driven professional to manage business growth for contract manufacturing of nutraceuticals and Ayurvedic products. The successful candidate will identify new opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive divisional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the nutraceutical and Ayurvedic sectors. Develop strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and ensure services meet expectations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas. Use insights to adjust strategies and approach.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and terms to secure new business.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet client requirements.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in business development, specifically in contract manufacturing of nutraceuticals or Ayurvedic products.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Skills: Strong understanding of the nutraceutical and Ayurvedic industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of achieving business development targets.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
