Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate bills of quantities, conducting rate analyses, and managing billing systems. This involves quantity surveying, cost estimations, and ensuring all financial aspects of construction projects are accurately documented and managed.
- Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and performing Quantity Surveying
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Rate Analysis
- Knowledge and experience in using Billing Systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with project management and construction teams
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred
